Job Description

This is a part-time Marketing Coordinator role with growth potential. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day marketing tasks, freeing up the Marketing Manager to focus on strategy and sales.

The role involves creating, updating, and formatting various marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, seasonal promotional materials, catalogues, business cards, email signatures, uniform artwork, fleet signage concepts, website content updates, social media content, and promotional gear/merchandise.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to bring the brand to life across all customer-facing channels.

This is not an entry-level role - we need someone with proven marketing and design skills who can take a project brief, run with it, and deliver high-quality work on time.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or a similar role
  • Strong design skills - confident using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Affinity Designer/Publisher
  • Experience creating print-ready artwork for flyers, brochures, and catalogues
  • Familiar with WordPress or other CMS for basic website updates
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently without micromanagement
  • Creative thinker - happy to contribute ideas, not just execute tasks
