At TalentPop App, we seek an experienced Marketing Expert to spearhead influencer marketing campaigns. This pivotal role will develop and execute comprehensive strategies leveraging social media influencers to build brand awareness and drive conversions.

About the Job
  • Design and implement influencer marketing plans that align with marketing objectives, brand goals, and measurable KPIs.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers who resonate with our target audience and campaign goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners through open communication and negotiation.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, content creation, and deliverables in conjunction with influencers and the marketing team.
  • Provide creative direction and review influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand identity and campaign messaging.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure performance, generate reports, and optimize future marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with social media, content, and paid marketing teams to integrate campaigns seamlessly into broader marketing efforts.
Key Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in influencer marketing, backed by a solid foundation in broader marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • A creative and passionate mindset for digital marketing, brand storytelling, and campaign innovation.
