About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Creative Specialist to join our team.

This role involves creating visually engaging marketing materials, including digital assets, print collateral, presentations, infographics, and promotional items. You will be responsible for designing and updating website elements, landing pages, and email templates in alignment with brand guidelines.

As a Marketing and Creative Specialist, you will develop visual content for social media platforms, including static images, animations, and video graphics. You will also produce compelling presentation decks for internal and external use.

You will collaborate with the product team on UI elements for our platform and support integrated marketing campaigns with campaign-specific creatives aligned with branding.

Your tasks will include creating digital advertising assets and visual elements for blogs, whitepapers, and case studies. You will ensure adherence to brand guidelines and support brand evolution.

You will design branded materials for events, conferences, and trade shows and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (printers, agencies, freelancers).

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field. At least 2 years of experience in marketing design with a strong portfolio across print and digital media is required.

You should also have proven team lead experience in a creative or marketing setting and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.

A strong background in social media marketing and recent experience designing for various platforms is necessary. You should also have knowledge of web design principles and familiarity with HTML/CSS.

In addition, you should have experience creating responsive email designs and templates and familiarity with marketing automation platforms.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies and tactics.
