Job Summary:

  • Demonstrate proper phone etiquette to provide great customer service for incoming calls
  • Communicate effectively and address customers' needs to provide accurate information, process inquiries, and solve problems. Escalate calls as needed
  • Document all calls appropriately and follow procedures as dictated by policy

About This Role:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
