Responsibilities



  • Handle incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional manner
  • Manage filing systems and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain office equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Provide administrative support to the management team
  • Assist with client reception and greet visitors as needed

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
