Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and streamline operations across customer service, fulfillment, marketing, and product management.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of e-commerce software to troubleshoot technical and strategic issues.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, generate insightful reports, and present findings effectively.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, understand customer grievances, and solve issues with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Partner with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and create high-performing landing pages.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of at least one year of success in operations or e-commerce management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communicator with a passion for fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Quick learner who is adaptable to new platforms and self-leadership skills.
  • Expertise in Shopify, Etsy, Gorgias, Klaviyo, Recharge, Rebuy, and their ecosystem; apps for marketing, customer service, and analytics are a plus.
