Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 1 year of experience in email management and proficiency in different email management software, preferably Zendesk. Commitment to being assigned to any site and flexibility in shifting schedules are essential.

Responsibilities
  1. Attend to customer inquiries through emails (Zendesk) in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Stay on top of campaigns and promotional releases.
  3. Communicate customer feedback to internal/external stakeholders to champion new processes to better serve our customers.
  4. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
