We're seeking a seasoned Account Manager to lead a portfolio of small to mid-market clients, leveraging their expertise to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results. As an Account Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of clients, developing strategic plans to meet their unique needs, and identifying opportunities to expand our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 30-100 small to mid-market clients, driving product adoption, renewal negotiations, and growth goals
- Build and maintain executive relationships with key stakeholders, providing high-level support and guidance
- Analyze user engagement data, identify actionable insights, and report regularly on KPIs
- Lead annual or semi-annual business reviews with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor to drive continued value of our products
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree relevant to the position
- Two or more years of professional experience in a sales or account management style position
- Proven history managing a portfolio of similar-sized clients
- Technical proficiency on SaaS products
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience and ability to build rapport with customers via phone, email, and video conferencing
- Ability to work both in a team and independently with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Growth mindset
- Ability to take initiative and think creatively to solve problems
- Resilience in a scale-up environment
