Job Opportunity

The Renewals Manager plays a pivotal role, overseeing day-to-day management of customer accounts. This involves collaborating closely with sales teams, professional services, technical support, and sales operations to understand and resolve customer issues.

This position focuses on recurring revenue and software asset management within assigned accounts. You will develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, leveraging a strong understanding of CPQ quoting and license auditing to ensure accuracy when engaging with Fortune 500 procurement teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of client assets and licenses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accurate quotes and optimize customer experience.
  • Work closely with customers during the renewal process to drive optimal retention.
  • Identify key stakeholders and proactively manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role, such as Customer Success Manager or Sales Engineer.
  • Knowledge of privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Experience with Privilege Access Service solutions is a plus.
