Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our organization. This role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide remote resolution of common IT issues (PC, Mac, Chromebook) and ensure that all systems meet company standards.
  • Understand policies and develop solutions that meet users' needs while adhering to company guidelines.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, and customers are satisfied with the level of support provided.
  • Collaborate with other IT support staff to resolve operational procedures and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Develop training programs for staff on new hardware and software, as required.
  • Resolve escalated and Executive support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for systems and processes managed by the IT team, for both end-users and other IT staff.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Bettercloud, and other major SaaS applications.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot PC, Mac, and Chromebooks for software and hardware-related issues remotely.
  • Proficient in Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, including JAMF and Kaseya.
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management (IDP) and System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) Provisioning.
  • Able to make data-driven decisions and provide clear explanations to stakeholders.

Education and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field. IT-related certifications are desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Able to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Must be passionate about artificial intelligence and able to work with AI-driven technologies.
