Account Manager Role Summary

About the Account Manager Position

Our organization is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Account Manager/Order Fulfillment Manager. The ideal candidate will possess experience in account/project/order management for Promotional Products/Branded Merchandise and be capable of managing high-value client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage vendor-side accounts and oversee order fulfillment workflows effectively.
  • Review, edit, and process orders placed on the platform promptly.
  • Communicate with clients via email/Slack as needed to address their concerns.
  • Handle escalations (e.g., delays, product issues) with internal support.
  • Maintain accuracy across order details and documentation at all times.
  • Ensure timely execution of all project milestones.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years experience in account/project/order management for Promotional Products/Branded Merchandise.
  • B2B account management expertise.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal).
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced remote setting.
  • Prior experience in merchandise, supply chain, or production is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in basic platforms/tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.).
