Senior Engineering Leader

As a Senior Engineering Leader, you will guide the technical vision and strategy for a software engineering team. You will oversee the development of high-quality software products and enhance existing software platforms.

  • Lead and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a creative and cohesive unit capable of delivering complex software projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, scrum masters, and other software engineers to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web-based and desktop applications.
  • Provide strategic technical leadership in all aspects of our software development processes.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new software systems and enhancements to existing systems.
  • Ensure all software engineering projects are delivered on time and to the agreed quality standards.
  • Continually update technical knowledge and skills and share them with the team.
  • Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing best practices and habits.
  • Provide regular performance feedback, coaching, and career development to team members.
  • Analyze system issues and implement resolution strategies.
