  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Java developers.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and processes to improve development efficiency and product quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8 years of extensive experience in Java development, with a focus on enterprise-level applications.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Deep expertise in Java 8+ and popular frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and data structures.
