A Key Role in System Administration Support

ERP System Admin Support Position Available
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an ERP system admin support specialist. This key role is crucial in maintaining, optimising, and supporting the RetPro ERP system to ensure smooth business operations.

As an ERP system admin support specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining user accounts, permissions, and security settings. You will also write SQL reports to meet custom requirements and troubleshoot issues when needed.

In addition to your technical skills, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to train and support users effectively. Retail property industry experience is an advantage but not necessary.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in an ERP system administration role. You should be proficient in SQL and report writing, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in ERP system administration
