Talent Sourcing Role Overview

As a key member of our recruitment team, the Talent Sourcing and Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to meet our business needs.

This role requires a deep understanding of sourcing techniques and the ability to leverage multiple channels to build a robust talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bulletin boards

    Focus on building pipelines, diverse candidate slates, qualifying leads, and then handing leads off to Recruiters, utilize talent data to create insights about the candidate market on the location/availability/demographics (i.e. diversity) of key talent segments.

  • Create detailed reports and analytics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure that recruitment needs are met.
  • Utilize social media platforms, job boards, employee referrals, and other sources to identify potential candidates.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in talent sourcing and recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
