Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for:
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients to schedule appointments.
- Qualifying leads and effectively communicating our business offerings.
- Setting up meetings and calendar invites for senior leadership.
- Tracking outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Refining call scripts and sharing feedback with the sales team.
- Handling rejection professionally and maintaining consistent follow-up.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least one year of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work in a high-volume call center environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other productivity tools.
