Corporate Law Specialist Job Summary

This Corporate Law Specialist role is responsible for organizing and maintaining corporate records, performing various corporate maintenance tasks, and preparing meeting documents.

  • Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records, including minute books, resolutions, and other relevant documents.
  • Prepare meeting documents, incorporation and amendment documents, and other corporate legal documents as required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all classes of corporate maintenance work, including record-keeping, filing, and document preparation.
  • Monitor and update entries in the Stock and Transfer Book, certify stock issuances and cancellations, and prepare Corporate Secretary audit responses.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science Graduate, preferably in Political Science, Behavioral Sciences, or BS Legal Management.
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in a law firm, legal industry, or department handling corporate documents.
Desirable Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in office skills, such as record keeping and retrieval.
  • Able to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office software and databases.
