Job Summary

This is a key role in leading and supporting a team by overseeing performance, providing guidance and feedback, and ensuring individual goals are met.

  • Lead the team by setting performance targets, guiding members, and giving constructive feedback to ensure they meet expectations.
  • Coordinate tasks, foster teamwork, conduct regular meetings to track progress, and identify development opportunities.
  • Ensure deadlines are met, monitor project progress, implement strategies to address challenges while collaborating with other departments to align team efforts with the organization's overall goals.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Oversee team members' work, provide guidance, support, and feedback to ensure all team members meet their performance goals.
  • Coordinate and assign tasks to team members, ensuring everyone works together to achieve team objectives.
  • Conduct touch base meetings and 1:1 coaching sessions to identify opportunities and progress for each team member.
  • Ensure deadlines are met, monitor progress, develop strategies to overcome obstacles.
  • Collaborate with different departments within the organization to ensure projects and initiatives are aligned with the overall goals and objectives.
