Healthcare Data Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in operations, marketing, or administrative support roles within a startup or similar setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, edit, and manage blog content, social media posts, and website copy with SEO optimization in mind
  • Develop engaging LinkedIn and Instagram content to enhance brand visibility and hiring efforts
  • Edit presentation decks and videos for sales or internal use utilizing Canva and light video tools
  • Manage lead tracking and CRM data integrity
  • Assist in preparing sales materials, pre-call briefs, and follow-up documents
  • Coordinate sales touchpoints and scheduling
  • Monitor databases and business dashboards for key performance indicators
  • Analyze and interpret data summaries to inform decision-making
  • Contribute to documentation, SOP development, and business writing projects
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of work experience in operations, marketing, or admin support
  • Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written communication skills; able to convey information clearly and concisely
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Proficiency in Canva and AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual
  • Willingness to work U.S. Eastern hours
