Our organization is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a pivotal role in finding and developing top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Job Description Development: Craft compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the skills and qualifications required for each role.
  • Candidate Sourcing Strategies: Utilize job portals, professional networks, and other channels to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process from initial outreach to onboarding, ensuring smooth workflows and effective candidate pipelines.
  • ATS Optimization: Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline applications, track candidate progress, and optimize hiring workflows.
  • Recruiting Email Communications: Craft engaging recruiting emails to attract passive candidates and encourage them to apply.
  • Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Screen resumes, conduct phone or virtual interviews, and deliver strong candidate pipelines to hiring managers.
  • Job Advertising and Promotion: Advertise job openings on company career pages, job boards, and social platforms to reach a wider audience.
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration and Support: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver the best talent for each position.
  • HR Operations Assistance: Assist with HR operations, including managing the Performance Management System (PMS), preparing HR reports, and maintaining dashboards for leadership.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in both IT and Non-IT sectors.
  • Sourcing Strategies and Best Practices: Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices to attract top talent.
  • ATS and HR Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR tools to streamline recruitment processes.
  • PMS and HR Reporting Capabilities: Familiarity with Performance Management Systems and HR reporting to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Remote Work Environment Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.
  • Immediate Availability: Immediate availability preferred to start contributing to the team right away.
