  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from posting job openings to making job offers and onboarding new hires.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging experience for all candidates, from initial contact to post-interview follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
