Civil Structural Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Structural Engineer to lead our bridge design projects.

  • Develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing civil structural engineer concepts and preliminary designs for bridges.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align designs with technical and site-specific requirements.
  • Produce high-quality design development documentation, including detailed drawings and specifications.
  • Provide expert insights and solutions for various bridge types.
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of professional experience in the field of civil structural engineering, with a focus on complex and unique bridge designs. This role is suited for an architect with expertise in early-stage bridge design, from conceptualization to design development (DD), as our projects transition to partnered firms for construction documentation (CD) phases.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil structural engineering, with a primary focus on complex/unique bridge designs.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Sofistik software.
  • Strong understanding of design development processes and technical detailing for bridges.
