Structural Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to act as Engineer of Record on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a seasoned engineer who desires a flexible schedule and minimal direct business development or staff management responsibilities.

The successful candidate will possess 12+ years of experience in geostructural or civil design, with a strong background in structural calculations and drawings. They will be comfortable reviewing work by international teams and demonstrate high integrity and a strong sense of stewardship.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a semi-retired engineer to stay engaged in the industry while enjoying a better work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing geotechnical and structural calculations and drawings
  • Serving as EOR for select projects
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable codes and high technical standards
  • Providing clear, practical feedback to our design team

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in geostructural or civil design
  • Comfort reviewing work by international teams
