Strategic Revenue Growth Specialist

The New Revenue Streams Specialist will be responsible for leading the total New Revenue Streams program for the General Trade business.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop, codify, and standardize other NRS projects (Events and Party Package) while collaborating with Omni-Trade Marketing team on channel growth programs and promotions.
Key responsibilities include leading the Mobiling Program, developing data-driven insights to grow the business, and negotiating strategically in an agile fast-paced channel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance or related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and unrelenting growth mindset.
- Able to analyze data (internal and external) to provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI.
- Social media skills and knowledge of Facebook group community handling.
