Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to serve as a trusted advisor to our leadership team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving strategic talent initiatives that support our business goals.

  • You will provide expert guidance on all aspects of human capital management, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent strategies that drive business results.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for employees at all levels.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in HR leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders.

  • Support business unit leaders in making informed talent-related decisions.
  • Identify and mitigate potential HR risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR processes and systems.
