Job Title: Warehouse Operations Specialist

A challenging and rewarding opportunity awaits a skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate all inventory items in the warehouse from fresh deliveries and day-to-day movement from operations.
  • Manage damage, excess, and missing inventory to minimize warehouse costs through efficient and timely reconciliation processes.
  • Approve or reject cycle counts with discrepancies found and declared by various departments.
  • Process accounting and filing for validated damage claims to relevant authorities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in E-commerce, Warehousing, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
  • Strong sense of ownership and operational discipline.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Supervisory experience, including direct and agency employees.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Willingness to be assigned in Bulacan.
