Senior Mental Health Support Specialist

At our organization, we provide mental health support and connect people globally. We are seeking motivated professionals to join our team as Crisis Helpline Responders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure helplines are properly staffed during peak periods and provide timely support via calls, texts, and chats.
- Maintain high standards of effectiveness when interacting with callers, adhering to established scripts and best practices.
- Engage effectively with stakeholders through clear communication channels.
- Utilize systems to track and manage client information efficiently.
- Care for patients, conducting regular triage and check-ins as needed.
- Collaborate with the operations team and coaches to address clients' needs.
- Provide empathetic and proactive support to clients in need.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 2-4 years of experience working as a helpline responder.
- Training in SFBT (Solution-Focused Brief Therapy) or equivalent.
- Certification in Psychological First Aid and Suicide Prevention.
- A Master's degree in Psychology is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog.
- Reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to improve and develop.
- Technical know-how for meetings and online development courses.
