We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client service and helping your clients achieve their goals.

Job Description
  • Assist the client service lead in overseeing accounts and providing top-notch support to the team.
  • Attend meetings with clients, respond promptly to group chats, and stay up-to-date on account activities.
  • Liaise daily with clients to ensure they receive the best guidance and support.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to clients, ensuring all data is relevant and presented clearly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in public relations, journalism, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in communication-related roles, working with journalists and influencers.
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Good organizational skills, adaptability, and creativity.
