Strategic Financial Leadership Opportunity

This senior-level role offers a dynamic environment to build your legacy in corporate financial strategy. As a Senior Financial Advisor, you will spearhead Corporate Solutions activities, focused on crafting bespoke financial solutions for high-value corporate clients.

You will act as a trusted consultant to C-level executives and business owners, moving beyond products to provide comprehensive strategies that address complex challenges.

This position is aimed at leaders who can build a significant business within the agency and lead strategic initiatives to capture the corporate market nationwide.

Main Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with business owners, founders, and key executives, becoming their go-to advisor on critical financial decisions.
  • Design and execute complex strategies for succession planning, corporate governance, key person insurance, and employee retirement benefits that align with clients' organizational goals.
  • Act as a thought leader, leveraging expertise to manage complex accounts and deliver strategic insights and exceptional service.
  • Develop your client portfolio with strategic autonomy and the backing of a leading global network.
Requirements

We are seeking a results-oriented leader who thrives on solving complex problems. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record and a consultative mindset.

  • Demonstrated success in financial advisory, wealth management, business consulting, or related fields with a focus on corporate or high-net-worth clients.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage senior executives and business owners.
  • Deep expertise in finance, investments, retirement planning, and market analysis; ability to dissect a business's financial structure and identify opportunities for growth and protection.
  • Experience in succession and governance consulting is advantageous; understanding family corporations, partnerships, and large enterprises.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, with ambition to build and manage a sophisticated book of business; nationwide network of business owners is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Certifications such as CWP or CFA are highly regarded.
