Operations Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our customer experience programs, manage large teams, and mentor frontline leaders. This role involves building sophisticated CX programs, managing omnichannel teams, and collaborating with senior leadership to drive business opportunities forward.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer support, staffing, forecasting, tooling, and workflow optimization. They will be able to recommend and implement program-specific enhancements, build trust with our partners, and provide transparent attention to objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the partner by keeping key points of contact updated on challenges and opportunities
  • Identify and evaluate partner KPIs and coach frontline leadership to meet objectives
  • Define team performance and ensure quantitative and qualitative objectives are met per contract
  • Oversee program operations, including hiring, onboarding, training, quality assurance, tool optimization, and team building
  • Deliver program-level financial results

Requirements:

  • 3+ years as a CX Operations Manager/Program Manager for multiple accounts in the BPO industry
  • 2+ years managing teams up to 100+ associates and mentoring 10+ frontline team Operations Managers, Team Managers, or Team Leads
  • Experience overseeing seasonal hiring, staffing, training, and quality control programs
  • Proven ability to develop master schedules and shifts in line with service level agreements
