We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to spearhead our support team, providing exceptional customer experiences. This role requires strategic planning, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset to drive success.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire the support team to deliver high-quality services
- Manage escalations, monitor performance, and promote a culture of collaboration and mutual respect
- Oversee customer support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication
- Administer and optimize Salesforce, including training, reporting, and automation
- Collaborate across departments to resolve complex challenges and improve processes
- 8+ years of experience in a production environment
- 5+ years of SQL and team leadership experience
- Strong background in Linux, networking, firewalls/VPNs, and relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL)
- Cloud systems experience (networking, storage)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
