Job Title: IT Service Desk Supervisor

Are you a seasoned leader in the IT support field looking to take on a new challenge? As an IT Service Desk Supervisor, you will lead and manage a team of skilled professionals providing top-notch technical support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing service desk team to ensure efficient resolution of IT incidents and requests
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and ticket resolution times
  • Manage complex technical issues and escalate them to relevant teams when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide seamless support and drive process improvements
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT support or service desk management
  • Proven track record of leadership and supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of desktop, network, and software issues
  • Proficiency in ITSM tools and frameworks such as ITIL
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ITIL certification
  • Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Tools
  • Exposure to enterprise environments
  • Coaching and mentoring skills
