Job Overview

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of a customer support team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving performance improvements. Key responsibilities include supervising, mentoring, and developing a team to deliver top-tier client experiences; monitoring team performance, setting key performance indicators (KPIs), and adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of customer support specialists to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate high-priority cases.
Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Professional English fluency.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:

This position may require occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate different time zones or meet project deadlines.
