Job Overview

The Quality Assurance Analyst role is a critical component of our software development process. We are seeking an experienced professional to collaborate with cross-functional teams, design and execute comprehensive test plans, and ensure the highest quality software delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed test plans and test cases to meet client needs and software requirements
  • Analyze system specifications, conduct testing, and identify defects
  • Collaborate with Development team to plan and execute Test Strategies and QA procedures
  • Engage in robust requirements review or story refinement to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Coordinate with QA Lead to plan and execute feature-level integration testing
  • Validate conformance to requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Communicate testing and validation results to project team members
  • Escalate issues or obstacles appropriately and timely

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Solid work experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role for at least 5 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of the QA process and collaborating with Development team
  • Basic knowledge of Katalon Automation, AWS, and SQL
  • Experience in project management and QA methodology
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
  • Knowledge and know-how to troubleshoot potential issues; experience with best practices around database operations
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical and non-technical concepts
