Job Overview

GrowthAssistant is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Web Content Specialist to create impactful web experiences.

This role involves working with a global team, building fully functioning pages, and managing localization workflows across 70 languages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transform wireframes and briefs into fully functional pages, configuring components and scheduling go-lives.
  • Manage localization workflows, clone and QA translated variants, ensure locale-specific slugs, metadata, and hreflang tags.
  • Perform end-to-end QA: design fidelity, responsiveness, accessibility, metadata, and analytics validation pre-launch.
  • Implement content updates and design/copy tweaks, manage redirects, and maintain accurate navigation elements.
  • Maintain documentation, templates, and reusable page skeletons to accelerate future launches.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience using Contentful to build and manage pages.
  • 2+ years of experience creating web pages from wireframes or briefs.
  • 2+ years of QA experience in digital marketing or content.
  • Familiarity with B2B content funnels (blogs, pillar pages, gated assets, UTM conventions).
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Monday preferred).
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
