Executive in Charge of Back Office

The Director of Back Office will be responsible for leading local HR, IT, and Admin teams to support business operations effectively. This role requires close collaboration with both local teams and vertical line departments at the Head Office in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement policies and procedures for local HR, IT, and Admin teams.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Supervise the IT team to ensure the deployment and maintenance of technology systems that meet business needs.
- Oversight of office management, facilities, and administrative processes to ensure efficiency.
- Act as the primary liaison between local back-office teams and vertical line departments at the Head Office in Vietnam.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in back-office operations, including HR, IT, and Admin management.
- Proven leadership experience in a multinational or cross-cultural environment.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and business practices.
