Join a global leader in the financial services industry as the Head of Back Office Technology. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the technological infrastructure and strategy supporting the bank's back office functions, including HR, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations. We're looking for a visionary leader with a strong engineering background to drive innovation, ensure operational efficiency, and lead diverse technology teams to success.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage technology teams across HR, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations.
  2. Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  3. Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of back office systems and applications.
  4. Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to drive technological innovation.
  5. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  6. Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to keep the bank ahead of the curve.
What We're Looking For
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Extensive experience leading technology teams in the financial services industry.
  3. Strong engineering background with expertise in system architecture, software development, and IT infrastructure.
  4. Proven track record of successfully managing technology projects and delivering impactful results.
  5. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Competitive monthly salary up to USD25K plus 2-3 months bonus.
