About the role

This full-time Project-In-Charge role at Total Ventures, Inc. offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex construction projects in Metro Manila. As the Project-In-Charge, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from planning and coordination to execution and completion. Your strategic leadership and strong technical expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects that meet the company's standards and client expectations.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate and oversee the work of cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and address concerns
  • Collaborate with the broader project management team to share best practices and continuously improve processes

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar project management role within the construction industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans
  • Proven experience in leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
