Temporary Pricing Associate Role

This temporary position is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can support the sales team in managing price exceptions and sales support concerns. As a Temporary Pricing Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all requests are completed within defined processes and SLAs.

The successful candidate will require strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. You must be flexible and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor mailboxes and complete price exceptions requests and other sales support concerns within defined processes and SLAs.
  • Escalate issues as needed in coordination with commercial managers and higher management.
  • Use CRM systems to send contracts to potential customers for approved price exceptions.
  • Communicate with salespeople to clarify data inputs and confirm decisions.
  • Coordinate feedback from center teams to gain understanding of local market conditions for consideration.
  • Understand key business processes & systems, as well as company expectations.
  • Able to support 24/6 operations and be flexible to change shifts as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance or related qualification.
  • 2-3 years' experience as a contract administrator, data analyst, or commercial assistant.
  • Flexible employment agreement - up to 3 months.
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and intermediate MS Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of contract software and/or CRM systems.
