  • Make outbound calls and accept inbound calls from healthcare providers regarding registration, login, assessment completion, and scoring results.
Qualifications
  • Active PRC License
  • 2 years bedside/clinical experience
  • Preferably 6 months BPO healthcare account experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Temporary work-from-home setup
