
Chief Revenue Growth Architect

Work Setup100% Remote
Schedule: Flexible (8 AM–5 PM / 8 PM–5 AM), Monday to Friday
Rest Days: Fixed weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)
Responsibilities- Be the product owner across CRM, Marketing, and Sales Hubs
- Architect and maintain the entire GTM infrastructure—lifecycle stages, lead scoring, campaign tracking, and custom fields
- Identify operational gaps, propose strategic solutions, and execute them quickly
- Build and optimize workflows for lifecycle transitions, lead nurturing, sales handoffs, and real-time alerts
- Implement scalable systems for lead attribution, routing, and data enrichment
- Ensure seamless integrations with key platforms
- Create executive-ready dashboards tracking pipeline velocity, conversion metrics, and campaign ROI
- Manage multi-touch attribution models to provide actionable insights for teams
- Deliver always-accurate, decision-ready reports
- Partner with teams to refine strategies and improve performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success
- 4+ years of experience in a growth-stage B2B SaaS environment
- Advanced skills in automation, reporting, and integrations
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to design scalable systems
- HubSpot Certifications (required)
