Job Summary

  • Manage vendor relationships, resolving escalated cases related to vendors, invoices, and vendor performance.
  • Offer expert counsel on policies and benefits, providing guidance when necessary.
  • Perform benefit and contract renewals, analyzing proposals to ensure they are competitive, compliant, and cost-effective.
  • Coordinate and manage enrollment processes, developing and distributing benefits communication materials.
  • Oversee disability cases and support time and leave-related activities, including schedule determination and counseling.
  • Partner with vendors to host engaging onsite events, administer payroll transfers, and implement International Mixed Service processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Benefits Specialist should have:

  • Mastery of relevant benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Understanding of various employee benefits programs.
  • Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
