- Offer expert counsel on policies and benefits, providing guidance when necessary.
- Perform benefit and contract renewals, analyzing proposals to ensure they are competitive, compliant, and cost-effective.
- Coordinate and manage enrollment processes, developing and distributing benefits communication materials.
- Oversee disability cases and support time and leave-related activities, including schedule determination and counseling.
- Partner with vendors to host engaging onsite events, administer payroll transfers, and implement International Mixed Service processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Benefits Specialist should have:

- Understanding of various employee benefits programs.
- Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
