Job Role:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Call Center Specialist to conduct outbound calls, engage with prospects, and generate leads within the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Make regular contact with potential clients and leads.
- Introduce our services and build rapport with prospects.
- Record call outcomes and update CRM systems accurately.
- Follow established scripts and guidelines while adapting conversations as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to report progress.
- Consistently meet daily and weekly call goals.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Reliable work ethic and consistent attendance.
- Willingness to learn and take feedback.
- High level of trustworthiness, integrity, and reliability.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to work with CRM systems.
Work Environment:
