ECOMMERCE PROJECT MANAGER

We're looking for a skilled Ecommerce Project Manager to lead our clients' online projects. As an Ecommerce Project Manager, you will oversee the execution of e-commerce strategies that drive client success.

Imagine leading e-commerce projects for a premier growth marketing firm that partners with top consumer brands. You'll coordinate and execute strategies that elevate clients' online presence. Collaborate with a team dedicated to delivering comprehensive e-commerce solutions, including design, development, and digital marketing.

  • Client Liaison : Engage with clients to understand their e-commerce needs and document requirements
  • Project Organizer : Create and manage detailed project plans in Asana, outlining tasks, timelines, and responsibilities
  • Task Translator : Translate client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the development and design teams
  • Timeline Manager : Develop and communicate project timelines to clients, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and deadlines
  • Proactive Communicator : Follow up with clients to obtain necessary information and materials, addressing any delays or issues promptly
  • Quality Assurance Inspector : Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and maintain high-quality standards
Your Qualifications:
  • Ecommerce Expert : Extensive experience managing e-commerce projects, with a deep understanding of online retail operations
  • Organized Planner : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Proficient in Tools : Skilled in using Asana, Google Drive, and other project management platforms
  • Client-Centric Professional : Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to managing client expectations and relationships
  • Problem Solver : Ability to anticipate potential issues and develop effective solutions to keep projects on track
