Job Description

This is a key role in our e-commerce operation, focusing on maintaining the quality of product listings and inventory management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Enhancing product descriptions for clarity and conversion purposes.
  • Regularly reviewing the website to identify errors or outdated information and making necessary corrections.
  • Monitoring and managing product inventory levels to prevent stock issues.
  • Responding to customer reviews posted on the platform to maintain brand trust and engagement.
  • Updating visual content as needed, including website banners, landing pages, and product photos.
  • Liaising with vendors to coordinate inventory management, place purchase orders, and track fulfillment status.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in an e-commerce or related field.
  • Proficiency with Shopify and relevant e-commerce tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written communication skills.
