Project Manager for Insurance Digital Solutions

This role presents an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project manager to lead transformative projects in the insurance industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of new and/or existing projects within our operations.


Responsibilities:
  • Engage and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Lead project planning sessions with internal teams and client staff to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 5 years of experience as a project manager, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of insurance domain knowledge and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
