E-Commerce Specialist Role Description:

We're seeking an E-commerce Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing online store operations, product listings and marketing campaigns.

About the Job

  • Manage daily online store operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

  • Update and maintain product listings on Shopify, including descriptions, pricing, images, inventory and tags.

  • Coordinate new product launches and ensure all relevant details are published accurately and on time.

  • Support email marketing campaigns by updating content blocks and banners on Homepage, landing pages and other required sections.

  • Work with Marketing teams to understand trading calendar (go to market) plans and strategies.

  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting on key business metrics to inform decision-making and improve key KPIs.

  • Assist in creating digital marketing activities such as meta audience creation and Google Ads setup.

  • Support the Head of Ecommerce and Digital in tasks as required.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce coordination, merchandising or similar roles.

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify is essential.

  • Familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations, such as product review tools and metafields.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setting.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.

  • Flexibility with working hours, ideally overlapping with Australian business hours.
