Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Member Development Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance ICT capabilities across our membership.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Training and Development, ICT, Human Resource Development, or related field. They should possess knowledge of remote/online training methodologies and ICT/digitalisation, as well as strong written and oral communication skills.

This is a full-time, remote position that can be based from any Commonwealth country. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement training and development activities, support remote/online training delivery, and adapt methodologies for adult learners.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ICT capability development programs to support digital transformation.
  • Formulate and deliver HR development initiatives to enhance ICT capabilities across the membership.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement training and development activities.
  • Support remote/online training delivery and adapt methodologies for adult learners.
Qualifications
  • Significant experience in Training and Development, ICT, Human Resource Development, or related field.
  • Knowledge of remote/online training methodologies and ICT/digitalisation.
  • Experience with adult learning principles; strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
