We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing new business relationships and generating revenue growth through strategic outreach efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients using provided contact lists.
  • Qualify leads and effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Set up meetings and calendar invites for senior leadership.
  • Track outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets.
  • Refine call scripts and share feedback with the sales team.
  • Handle rejection professionally and maintain consistent follow-up.
Requirements
  • Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales.
  • Must have experience in B2B calling and appointment setting.
  • Capable of handling a high call volume with discipline and resilience.
  • Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs.
  • Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity.
  • Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills to effectively introduce our company's value proposition and establish positive connections with U.S. based prospects.
