Construction Estimator Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator to perform takeoffs, manage RFPs, assemble estimates, and ensure accurate updates based on revised drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct precision takeoffs based on received drawings.
  • Send out and track RFPs for timely responses from stakeholders.
  • Assemble full estimates with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Incorporate updates and changes based on revised drawings in a timely manner.

This role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and the capacity to adapt to changing circumstances.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an estimator or in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Prioritization, task management, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, including the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Monday.com or similar software.
